How early should I start preparing for an exhibition stand?

How early should I start preparing for an exhibition stand?

You can never start too early.

If the exhibition is scheduled to take place in six months, that’s an excellent timeframe. Everything can proceed at a comfortable pace, with careful attention to every detail and proper preparation of all materials.

If the exhibition is only two to three months away, it’s crucial to quickly initiate the booth design. For developers, once the design proposal is approved, it marks the beginning of the production process. This includes preparing design and technical documentation, coordinating with the technical control department of the exhibition venue, selecting and approving finishing materials, creating the booth’s graphic design, cutting, sawing, and assembling the structure, and more. Developers need time to complete all these steps to ensure everything goes smoothly. For us, the final outcome is what matters most!

If your exhibition is taking place within a month, it means every step must be completed swiftly. We can offer such opportunities, but clients must also actively participate in the entire process and avoid delaying any steps that depend on them. Of course, all of this is contingent on our ability to accommodate urgent projects.
