SIAL CHINA 20205 NOTIFICATION:

1. Technical drawings of the stand design including perspecive drawings, elevations and layout with dimensions as well as thirdparty reviewreports must be submited to the Oficial Contractors by email for final approval before April 16″, 2025. $tand design without the OfficialContractors approval will not be permitted in the exhibition.

2. For one floor stand, the limitation of height is 5.5 m; For two floor structures (double decker), the limitation of height is 6.5 m.

3. The open side of the island booth near the aisle must maintain an opening of at least 30%, The open side aisle must be kept clear: greenplants, glass panels, etc, wll not be permited. The celing of the booth shall not exceed 50% of the booth areg, and it is strictly forbiddento cover the confined space.

4. Payment of the relevant booth fee (such as participation fee, expenses for advertisements and meeling room renta, etc) is a prerequisite foiproceeding move-in procedure.

5., For sofety concern, oll workmen onsite must wear contractor badges, Consirucion workers without contractor badges are not alowed to enter the hall.

6. For each booth, the booth number must be prominently displayed, besides the exhibiting company name. (therwise, the organizer reservesthe right to mark the booth number, which may not be removed without prior consent of the organizer. The cost incured will be borne bythe exhibitor. The displayed content of each booth shall not violate the laws and regulgtions of China and the relevant regulations of the show.

7. For the raw space booth contractor, it’s business scope of independent legal entitly shall cover interior decoration or exhibition decorationprojects. Corresponding certification documents will be required for Reaname Authentication procedures.

8. Any agreement or arrangement behween exhilbitors and their nominated booth contractors is deemed as an agreement reached and to befulfilled by both parlies. Both parties shall setle any accident or dispute arising from the performance of the agreement according to lawand the exhibition organizer shall not be liable for any losses caused by any default arising thereof.

9. The existing company name displayed on stand construcion must accord with the information in the application form. lf’s required to get theapproval from the Organizer if any modification.
