For Bare Booth height below 4.5m, the exhibitor or contractor should complete this form and send the booth design blue print to Official Contractors and Third-party Drawing Review Agency, pointed by Organizer.

OptSafe: Bare stand, height <4.5m

Submission Requirement: 

• The website address of the safe online drawing submission system is ohss.opt-safe.cn/sial2025

The account and password will be the same as submission username/password to the Official Contractors.

Drawing Vetting Requirement:

• Overall effect drawing of the exhibition booth (front, two side views)
• Elevation dimensions drawing(the size and height of the booth must in number)
• Connection node diagram of main components
• Exhibition booth planning instructions and detailed list of construction materials
• Front and side elevation drawing
• Sectional drawings
• Structural drawings
• Flame retardant test reports for carpets and floors
• Stamped receipt of the payment notice

Precautions:

• Exhibitors/booth constructors should upload the booth design drawings to OptSafe’s drawing submission system as soon as possible to avoid any impact on the follow-up entry work due to the failure of the drawings to pass the approval.
• Exhibitors/booth constructors must truthfully register the information of the booth materials (including the length, width, height dimensions as well as the position and quantity of openings).
• OptSafe will reply via email within 5 working days regarding whether the booth design drawings have been approved or not. If no reply is received within this period, you can consult OptSafe.
• Only booths that have passed the review and paid the drawing review fee will receive the “Approval opinions on booth design” issued by OptSafe.
• Optsafe will not conduct drawing vetting on-site

Payment and Fee:

• Booth Design Drawing review and on-site management service fee: 6.0yuan/rmb/m气
• Booth Design Drawing Review Management fee: 15yuan/rmb/booth.

For Bare Booth height with 4.5m,or above, the exhibitor or contractors need to contact HanHai for booth design drawing approval:

Notes:
Booth must be reviewed and approved by GRADE A National Registered Structural Engineer. The relevant review/rereview fee wil beincurred accordingly.
Additional booth audit fee:
The price for stand approval for one floor booth is: RMB 25.00 per sqm (4.5m heright and above);The price for stand approval for two floors booth is: RMB 50.00 per sqm.
